Rava Dosa

This Instant breakfast, makes the day great.. this version of rava dosa had very less ingredients, we love the jeera flavour in this dosa.. Some add more green chillies, pepper, curry leaves in this preparation, but this simple breakfast makes the day more good..
I remember the A2B Rava Dosa, which had a unique flavour and taste.. coconut chutney, Sambar, kara chutney are the best pair with this dosa. very instant and simple one to prepare with in few mins.. 80th post of continuous blogging

Ingredients
Rava | 1/2 cup |
Rice Flour | 1/2 cup |
Maida | 1/4 cup |
Curd | 1/2 cup |
Jeera | 1 tsp |
Onion | 1/4 cup finely chopped |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | 2- 3tsp |
Method
Take curd in a mixing bowl, beaten them well, add in the rava..
Mix this without forming any clubs, let them sit aside for just 5 mins..
After 5 mins, in the same bowl, add maida, rice flour, jeera and salt.. add some water and make a runny batter..
Heat a tawa, Drizzle some chopped onion, slowly from the outer drizzle the batter to form a lacy textured dosa..
Now with the second Spoon of batter
And here comes the third spoon of batter.. Drizzle some oil and cook the Dosa..
Flip the dosa and cook the other side of the dosa..
