 Prawn  Kebab, Prawn is an exotic ingredients, we Love prawn in all the form, recently i decided this recipe on the Eastern Masala review, and unfortunately my schedule got busy with my little one, so I’m posting this post as this week special, this post is the Review on “Eastern Kebab Masala”..

Yeah i tried the same with Chicken too, i loved the natural flavours in this masala, Color for the recipe was too good, as like a hotel preparation.. this is an instant kebab masala, earlier i posted my chicken Kebab Post from scratch, it took pretty few mins to organise the proper ingredients, but in this way, my kebab was ready with in a Jiffy..
Really a super easy Recipe with only a few ingredients, all you need was a pack of “Eastern Kebab Masala” Which cost around 50 rs for a pack, but the taste was absolute extraordinary one, happily i can recommend my readers and friends to give a try on this yummy pack, to make that inspiration i varied the main ingredient to prawn.. the same can be done with Vegetables too..  In my opinion this is quick handy masala which should be in pantry, For small Parties, Get-together, this masala will be very handy and easy to go with your favourite, chicken/Prawn/any of your choice.. Two hours of marination helps the masala to go inside the meat.

Prawn Kebab With Eastern Kebab Masala

Prep Time: 1-2 hour | Cook time: 15 mins | Serves: 3-4


Prawn 250 gms
Eastern Kebab Masala 5-6 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Egg 1 large
Salt a pinch
Oil 1/2 cup




Wash clean and devein the prawn, wash the prawns in running water..Add the Eastern Kebab Masala.

I add a generic amount of masala, about 6-7 tsp

Mix the masala well with the prawn, add in one egg any Ginger Garlic paste

Give a good mix and marinate  for 2 hours..

One done, Heat the kadai with oil, deep fry the prawns in batches..

    • if you want more hotness, add little chill powder, and to tickle the taste buds add a pinch of salt
    • Try to deep fry the kebabs in medium high flame, otherwise kebab will be oily in texture
    • This recipe is one of best hitter starter.
    • Use the whole egg, or if you want you can add only the egg white.
