Tangy- Fish Curry
Tangy- Fish curry… this curry was my mom’s preparation…. No Need to grind anything, Easiest way to make a spicy curry…. If u feel this curry was too spicy you can add some coconut milk/ coconut milk cubes(Click here for recipe…) 


Fish- 1/4 kg

Tamarind water- 2 cups
Onion- 3 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chillies
Tomatoes- 2 nos
Garlic- 4-5 pods(Crushed)
Oil- 4 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Methi- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Jeera powder- 1 tsp
All You need to take ready

Heat the pan with oil crackle the mustard and Methi
Add in the crushed garlic
Add in the Green chillies and curry leaves
Add the Toamtes and cook for few mins till the tomatoes get mashed well

 Add the Tamarind water… Make them boil

Add the turmeric powder, Chilli powder & Coriander powder
Make them boil well

Add the cleaned fish
Let it cook for 10 mins in medium flame
Add the pepper and jeera powder
Ha…….Nice flavour will come when this curry starts to boil
It’s Ready…
