 Spicy Dry Chutney, recently i have tried this chutney for Vada pav, And i used this leftover chutney powder for Dosa too.. Once i bought Dry Garlic chutney in a super market, that was super awesome in flavour..

And when i search this chutney recipe for vada pav.. finally end with the same chutney powder which i bought from the super market..
Shelf life of the chutney powder can be for 2 weeks in refrigerator.. This chutney is widely made in Maharastra for Vada Pav recipe.. Special flavours includes in Roasted Groundnuts, Sesame and Garlic are crushed together to serve a delicious hot dry Chutney.. This is My “Day 23 of B365″

Dry Garlic Chutney

Dry Coconut 1/4 cup
Red chillies 5-6
Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp
Roasted Ground nuts 1 tsp
Garlic 10-12 pods
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Tamarind 1 inch
Salt as needed

Dry roast the Coconut and garlic pods..

Once the coconut get roasted well add all the ingredients and fry them till the raw smell goes out..

Bring the roasted content to cool and grind them in a mixer..

Serving Suggestion:

  • Serve this Chutney with Vada Pav combo
  • Can be serve this Roti’s, Idli, Dosa too..
