Macaroni Kheer, Fond of pasta is like anything, but the sad news was only i have to go behind pasta, including Jess every one see this beauties like a Terrorist , that’s the reason i delay pasta recipes to post.. but they all like sweets and desserts..
This recipe is quite interesting and they all gulped without any negative words, i know this would a  bestie of my pasta recipe. and also this is the first pasta recipe which I’m sharing with audience.. when i was in a big Market, i hunt 4 types of pasta, later on i guess both of them never touch this for breakfast, even the ready to cook pack also, they will show a NO sign.. i was like damn tired to feed them with pasta meals.. But one of my reader, who was repeatedly asking for pasta, she asked for what ever it may sweet or savoury, and i hope she got a good time now, Hope this post will be useful for you guys, write me about your cooking experience, and share your ideas in cooking.. Macaroni Kheer

Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook time: 20-30 mins | Serves: 5-6


Macaroni/Pasta 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Milk 500 ml
Condensed Milk/Sugar 1/4 cup
Ghee 2 tsp
Cashew nuts 1 tsp
Raisins 1 tsp



Take the pasta shells in a bowl..

Add a cup of water and set them aside for 30 mins..

They will soaked good enough, drain out the water

In a sauce pan or pan, add the drained pasta shells and add in the 500 ml of milk.

Bring this to boil, and try to reduce the milk quantity.

Once the milk has reduced, add in the condensed milk/Sugar..

Add in the Saffron(Optional) also you can some cardamom powder or dry ginger power in this stage..

Heat a pan with ghee fry the cashews an raisins..

Transfer the fried cashews to the kheer..

    • Use Any of your favourite pasta for this kheer
    • Use cardamom powder or dry ginger powder for good flavour
    • Condensed milk can be substituted by sugar.
    • Full fat milk result a good taste.. 
    • Do not stir the macaroni often, they might loss their shape, as the macaroni’s where soaked and cooked for a long time, do not stir often.
    • Use non stick or heavy bottomed vessel,as this is a milk based recipe
