Ingredients
Rice | 1 cup |
Coconut | 1/4 cup |
Oil | 2 tsp |
Mustard | 1/2 tsp |
Urad Dhal | 1 tsp |
Channa Dhal | 1 tsp |
Red chilli | 2 nos |
Curry Leaves | 2 spring |
Salt | to taste |
Method
You Need Fresh Coconut for this recipe.. Grate fresh coconut and set aside..
Pressure Cook the rice with salt and Set them aside, Fluff them with a forks to separate the rice..
Heat a pan with oil, Temper with mustard, Urad dhal, channa dhal
Fry the Red chilly and curry Leaves..
Once they done, Fry the Grated Coconut..
Add in the Cooked rive and give a good mix..
All done..
Serve with Spicy Roasted potatoes and Pickle..
